i study linguistics and love all things connected with languages and language systems, altho i'm thinking of switching my major to poetry and drama. i've been feeling a little confused lately:( love poetry and books. huge harry potter and lord of the rings fan, but also adore isabelle allende, gabriel garcia marquez and the like. i love south america and thick hot chocolate:) i listen to bob dylan a lot, but like all kinds of music from lilly allen to classical and ethnic. love quilting, fabic, and crafts. addicted to heather ross and amy butler. love cats but have a dog. love travelling. want to live in hong kong but homesick for australia right now. love baking and recipe books. love chocolate. love baking chocolate things :) sadly, the new flat doesn't have an oven BUT i've discovered a FAB caramel slice recipe that reacquires NO baking. yay and yum!

oh, and love oreo cookies (i actually dreamt i was buying them the other night! )

as to useful swap related stuff:

allergic to glycerin hand made soap and don't really like strong/potent scents but i adore rose oil... not big on make-up but i could live in my bath tub:)

i love chai tea and fashion magazines. i adore candles and i love, collect and use:) funny colorful band-aids.

i love rich greens and purples, also love ethnic stuff.

i love buying for other people so i like the very idea of swap-bot:)

ooo, where to begin...i like most things.

breakfast at tiffany's. stealing beauty. finding nemo, if i'm feeling a bit down :) many many others. i also like sci-fi's, books as well as movies:)

sex and the city, of course! but i only watch it on my computer because we've decided we don't want a tv in our house.
