Hi, I'm Ashlee and I'm 40 years old living in a small town with my husband, twin daughters, dog, and many fish.

I love photography, painting, drawing, and pretty much any kind of art and craft. Mail makes me happy and I love postage stamps, vintage stuff, washi, and postcards. I adore the outdoors, hiking, sunshine, and car trips. I spend much time cooking and I love growing herbs and gardening. I make perfume and soap for a living.

I'm an easy going person and finding little random friendly mail in my mailbox makes me happy! I love the little connections with people from all over the world.

Makes Me Happy

• Dogs..any kind, all sizes and colors :)
• Disney...anything Disney!
• Harry Potter
• Studio Ghibli...or anything in along those lines (have any recommendations for me?)
• Illustrations and art...everything from vintage fairytale illustrations to modern manga and comic book art (who's your favorite artist?)
• Animals....I have one daughter who collects wolves and arctic type dogs and another who collects foxes so any card with those animals would make us all happy! My favorite animals are elephants and octopuses, but really all animals make me smile.
• Fish....goldfish and koi especially
• Photographs....of people and places, black and white, and vintage (I have a whole collection of vintage photographs of strangers)

• Stickers and Washi...I do use both of these to decorate my mail

• Postcards: I love vintage postcards, both previously posted and new. I also love anything to do with nature, animals, landscapes, art, cartoons, comics, illustrations, retro, travel posters, black and white photographs, fantasy, sci-fi, magic, weird and strange things. I do collect Lantern Press and anything from State or National Parks.

• Postage Stamps: I collected stamps when I was younger. I misplaced my whole collection during one of our moves. Hopefully I will find it again someday. In the meantime I'm having fun starting my collection over again. I love all vintage stamps. For newer issues, I love animals, birds, fish, insects, plants, holiday, cartoon, art, military, space/science, religion (all types), and cowboys/western. New or used, on paper or off...they're all fun!

Reading through the Harry Potter series again with my girls, never get tired of them.
