I consider myself to be a nice, fun-loving and compassionate person. I enjoy reading, going to estate auctions, flea markets and yard sales. I love crafting--especially paper crafts, although I enjoy working with a variety of techniques and mediums. I love bright colors, whimsical and retro/vintage things. As for collecting, I would have to say, I collect craft supplies! I have a huge variety of items just waiting for me to find some inspiration. I also enjoy blogging and reading blogs. I like to be outside as much as possible--sitting in my swing or taking walks. I am a new grandma. Our first grandchild, Olivia, was born on April 19, 2011. I work full-time. My husband and I live in a rural area of Indiana. We love our simple, country life.

I have read and throughly enjoyed every book written by Sidney Sheldon. Also love; Patty Jane's House of Curl, The Sunday Wife, The Same Sweet Girls, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Love Warps the Mind a Little, Shoot the Moon...the list could go on and on

I mostly enjoy working with paper--scrapbook paper, vintage greeting cards, pages from vintage books, etc. I also enjoy making simple jewelry pieces and hair accessories. I have recently started dabbling with paper clay. I just love working with a variety of techniques and mediums.

I love bright colors, whimsy, retro-inspired, vintage, buttons, ribbon and trims, and glitter!

I do not care much for the victorian crafts, lace, gold, etc. I'm also not into hearts (although I do love vintage valentine cards). I'm also not into animal images or animal prints, fairy's or fantasy.
