Response: I contacted you saying i sent late. You wrote less than 3 weeks after I sent asking how long it takes for mail to get to your place. I explained it takes up to 5 weeks. If you didn't received the swap, you just could ask for resend. Which I gladly will do, by the way. You don't just rate one. Post do lose 10% of the mail all over the world. Update: I did sent late, but I also contacted you on the day I sent with explanation. Which you accepted. Than you rated me 1 without ever asking for re-send. And.. two days after, miraculously you got the postcard. Now you rated me 3 based on what? That it took the post two months? (because it never happened before of course...) Or may be you just forgot you received. Because now I not really sure you didn't. I wish YOU had better attitude.
