Comment: I am still waiting for the resend, hoping it comes soon, last communication was in DEC, i do realize that it takes time from South Africa, :) will remove the one asap when it arrives
Response: I feel that it is unfair to give a 1 rating, on the same day that you wrote me an e-mail to say that you did not receive it. Why did you not contact me earlier?

Comment: Unfortunately I have to rate. I still have not receive the ATC. You said you resent, but I did not receive the resent either. Of course I will give my rate receiving.
Response: Lucine I send the ATCs 3 times. The first, and 2 times a re-send. I am sure that you are not the unreasonable to still expect me to send it for a 4th time? SO, then I will rather take the 1 rating. I really can't believe that the you did not receive the swap after 3 times. The 4th time, I even registered the swap, but as soon as it goes out of SA, our post office looses its control over the post. So, what more do you want me to do?
