Comment: I know sometimes things happen and we are unable to send on time, but when sent almost a month late and still did not follow the swap rules. Sent March 30th, Did not rate this way because late but due to not following the swap rules. Sent just papers(plain and designed was sent - no plain was to be sent) and frames, the rules was to send a variety of things you paper craft with.

Comment: 11 Feb 09 - received your envelope today with an ATC inside postmarked on 4 Feb 09. Late and a pretty crappy effort to boot - perhaps you shoudn't have bothered. Very disappointing.
