Comment: I'm torn about this rating, but the doll didn't live up to the reqs of being a debutante, quincinera or prom queen, over the top, or best work, with two months to plan. I consulted our esteemed hostess before deciding on this rating and gave it a lot of thought.I hope you get a bit more practice under your artistic belt and enjoy the returns of future swaps.
