Response: My better half mailed these out November 1st. The rater, who is currently on swap hiatus, states they were mailed the12th. I'm not sure why they were stamped the 12 th and I can not control what the post office does after they are mailed. I've never had a problem before, but there's always one in every bunch. I myself have not received from either of my partners yet.
