Comment: I'm rating a 3 (partially) because this ATC was late. Swap deadline Nov. 20th. You left a note on my profile Nov. 22nd saying you forgot about the swap, it would be late, and you would have it in the mail Saturday (I assume Nov. 23rd). I am soft-hearted and probably would have still have rated you a 5 except that you marked it sent on Nov. 22nd! Obviously that was not true. The postmark on the envelope was Dec. 2nd. So it was very late. I like the ATC - cute snowman, nice detailing. But I have to abide by the rules and rate you a three for being so late and for marking it sent when it wasn't.
