Comment: Sarah, I received my package today 11/3. I am rating you a 3 because it was very late and there wasn't very good honest communication. There were a couple of nice things that you saw from my profile that I liked, but I think that a lot of the stuff you just threw in there to fill it up and didn't put much thought into it.
