Comment: You marked sent one week late, with a matching postmark and without contacting me. A one line "so sorry this is late but being sent today" would have worked.

Comment: Ummm... ok.... I must admit that I hadn't noticed I'd not recieved. But the send by date was July 8th and it is postmarked September 17th! I have recieved no communication that it would be sent late from you. I do however, appreciate that you have sent, and not slunk off to 'flakersville'!! x ...................... ETA: I just double checked, and it definitely says "Date items must be sent by: July 8, 2011". Anyway, I didn't want to get into bickering or anything- I do appreciate you sending! x
