Comment: I'm truly sorry to do this but despite her assurance that this was on the way (late to begin with) it hasn't arrived. I know she lost her grandfather but she also claimed the inchies had been ready for 2 weeks. Why didn’t she mail them? I make my swap items as soon as I sign up unless it's a profile based swap, so I have trouble accepting her excuses

But, at least you were fortunate enough to see him before he passed on. That's a good thing. It may not seem like it, but, time really does assuage the sadness. My sincere condolences.
