Comment: Swap date was 2/10; sender marked "sent" on 2/17. I PMed her on the 23rd to let her know it had not arrived. On 2/24, she said she would re-send. Envelope arrived on 2/27 (2 weeks past Valentine's Day), and not decorated beyond 6 hearts drawn on with a pink gel pen. The V. card inside was nicely done, though. Because of the lateness and the basically undecorated envelope, I feel it's fair to give a 3, but I think you had good intentions, and I want to encourage you to work harder at getting your swaps out on time.
