Comment: I technically could rate you a 3 for this swap, but I won't. It states clearly in the swap details that the School Valentine's need to be mailed in a notecard. The notecard does not have to be Valentine related. If others have let it slide also, you are lucky. Be sure to read all the details of swaps before you sign up and again before you mail them out. That is my advice to you. I changed my mind and rated you a three, since you sent it out late without communication and not following swap description.
