Response: I had a personal scare the past year and a half so I dropped all my time intensive hobbies to the side until it had subsided. Unfortunately swapbot had completely escaped my mind until I recently saw an advertisement about it. If you still want an ATC, I will be more than happy to send one, rating change or not.
