Comment: The card sent was a childhood drawing on an index card. It was not the correct size of 2.5" X 3.5" it was a polygon. I never measure anything, but this wasn't even the right shape or weight. If' you'd like to re-send with an appropriate ATC, I'll be glad to revise the rating, because I know you are new here :)
