Comment: I have pmd this swapper to attempt to rectify this swap but received no response. I received 4 items not 5 - 1 tea bag, roll of deco tape, 1 bobby pin with stones and a plastic pony bead bead kit. There are not 2 profile based items included and only 4 total items. There was also one mini memo sheet that was taped up with nothing inside. I am not sure if it was covering the bobby pin or if by some chance that was the 5th item. At any rate it was unusable because of being rolled and taped. There were also meant to be two profile items and one she said was profile was on my dislike list. She still appears to be unwilling to work with me on this so the rating stands.
