I bet there are more of you out there who - like me- have given a new year resolution to lose weight.

To make this last longer than a week I thought we could motivate each other with something. Maybe before/after pictures, articles, a motivating card or letter or something else of your choice. Bascially, something you would be motivated by yourself.

You will be sending this to two people. Also include a small gift (worth about $3 to each) To make a motivating letter to somebody else will inspire yourself, and then after recieving a couple of letters after a week or two you will be reminded of what you are trying to achieve, and we can do it!

This is an international swap, rating 4.5 or higher, newbies welcome if they talk to me first and have a profile filled out.
