I think 4 people is alittle much. Especially if you wind up getting 4 international partners and then you are paying through the nose for 8 recipe cards? May I suggest that we lower the swap partners to 2 and increase the number of cards you are sending to 4 or 6?

I am from Canada too, but each swap will cost just under $2 for us to mail internationally, and only a little over a $1 to the U.S.

If you increase the number of recipe cards and send to 2 partners, you could end up spending the same or even more if the weight goes over 50g. So I really son't see the advantage of one way over the other.

Perhaps you should host your own swap so you can set your own requirements. (";)

I did want to do a big swap because I am looking for a variety so I put that in the name. I always send international to all my swaps because I live in South Africa so I have no choice.

You are more than welcome to host your own if you like and if you make it international then I would love to join.I wish you all the best in whatever you decide to do.

I did however make the requirements pretty strict so that if you do have to pay more than you expected then at least there is a little more safety in the swap and a less of a chance of flakage and you get 8 cards in return.

Thank you @TerryF for clearing that up, I have no idea about weight and postage in America.
