ATC - Victorian Theme Series #3 - Victorian Fan

This will be a series of 4 Victorian related styles. This swap is for #3 - VictorianFan.. You can draw, paint, collage, etc......just put some effort in it...... A picture from a magazine is fine....BUT embellish it! Show your artistic talent! :)

1 - Victorian Lady or Ladies

2 - Victorian Home

3 - Victorian Fan

4 - Victorian Tea Cup

You must have a 4.5 or above to participate. No recent 1's or 3's. Newbies are welcome - with a well filled out profile. NO FLAKING! If you can't commit - do not join. I WILL DELETE THOSE WHO I FEEL MAY BE QUESTIONABLE. Hope this will be a fun swap. :)
