I live in a small town in Northern KY. I Love my hubby, kids, and my dog! Prefer spring and autumn. Enjoy flower gardening. We raise a few vegetables every year....always a challenge to stay ahead of the wildlife who wants to munch on the vegies before we get a chance to harvest any! Love my home, it's my haven. Favorite color is purple. I'm a retired school secretary and loving the alarm-free mornings (even though I still get up with the chickens!) I converted a bedroom into my craft room and I stay in there for hours on end listening to music and crafting! Always willing to try a new craft. My BFF got me into this swap-bot thing and now I'm addicted!!

I am an animal lover - all animals and birds - big, small, tame or wild.... God's creatures have a special place in my heart....

If you love watching wildlife I highly recommend going to www.explore.org ... They have cameras set up to watch animals LIVE! My favorite is the brown bears in Alaska during the summer and fall months catching wild salmon as they swim upstream! Check it out!

I love a good rain storm.....thunder and all! There is nothing that compares with the smell of rain...I LOVE IT. I am drawn to water like a bee is drawn to a flower....If there's a stream or waterfall, I'm there!

I like to recycle when possible...love to see things made out of something that might have been put out for trash!

I love my country...I am very proud to say that I am from the United States of America...
I love the sound of water. We have a few fountains inside and outside our home! I love going to Gatinburg, TN and setting up a video camera on a big rock in the middle of Little Pigeon river and letting it record the movement and sounds of the rushing water. I love the mountains. I feel like I "belong" there.
I love watching the night sky.....always looking for that rare UFO sighting!
