What's the real estate market like in your part of the country? $300,000 could get you a mansion or a shack depending on where you live in the United States. Send 2 partners a copy of one of the free real estate booklets/publications that can be found in grocery stores, convenience stores, etc. Sometimes they are magazine or quarter-fold size, sometimes in the form of a newspaper or maybe your local paper has a pull-out real estate section. Just be sure there are pictures and prices in the booklet/publication you send. Pick up two, drop one each in the mail to your partner. Be sure to include a note with your name, forum name and the swap name. USA only. Snail mail. 4.8 or higher for rated swappers; newbies must have a completed profile.
