Description:
For this swap, you will create an hand drawn/painted ATC and it will be sender's choice (A.K.A free theme), but it would be a good idea that you check your partner's profile for what they like/dislike. One partner, one ATC. Simple like that. Now some rules: Please read your partner's profile. Newbies are welcome if WITH A FILLED OUT PROFILE For those with questionable ratings, I will be checking your profiles and ratings. Basically, if you have a one (1) or a three (3) in the last six months, you will maybe banned.

Hand drawn or painted means you take a blank piece of cardstock, then draw or paint on it, so it's a miniature work of art created by you.
