Time for a quick notecard swap. You're going to have 2 partners. 1) Go to your notecardstash. Pull out 4 notecards, with envelopes. 2) Grab 2 larger envelopes. 3) Grab 2 slips of paper, write the swap name “Quick Notecard Swap #1 – USA†and your Swap Bot ID on each slip 4) Put 2 notecards in an envelope, along with their envelopes, and one of the slips of paper. Seal the envelope, and slap a first class postage stamp on it. 5) Wait until partners are assigned. Then, address your envelope and send it off! If this swap looks familiar, it's because it's done in a similar fashion to the anonymous tea trades @toupti does. I thought it would be fun to do a similar thing, but with items other than tea. Swap deadline and send off dates are close together because these envelopes should be ready to go well in advance. Rules: Your notecards need to be two different cards per envelope. If you have multiples, you can make your envelopes the same, because really, who's going to know you sent the same thing twice? Notecards should be in good shape. Dirty, badly damaged, mangled cards don't belong here. 4.85 rating or higher, newbies allowed. If you're a newbie, fill out your profile please, a blank, or 1 paragraph profile makes people unfcomfortable. If you receive an envelope from a swapper and you don't feel it meets the requirements of the swap, please contact me. Anyone who fails to meet the requirements of the swap, or flakes, will be banned from all my future swaps. I will angel anyone who gets flaked on. Ordinarily I'd make this a US & Canada swap. However, since the US is increasing postage to Canada as of January 26, I figured I'd make this uniform for all year long. My apologies to Canadian swappers who want to swap with folks from the US. |
