Description:

In this swap, you will learn about someone else through printed photos. You will be assigned one partner and send them a minimum number of 5 photos taken throughout one single day of your life. Five photos is the minimum, but after that, you are welcome to send as many as you please. This means that for one day of your choice, you will be carrying around a camera or phone to document any given moments. For example, you could snap a photo of your breakfast first thing in the morning, or your outfit of the day. The purpose is to document your life in one day, comprised in a couple to several photos. The images cannot be graphic or risque, if you are uncertain whether a picture might offend your partner, do not send it.

The quality of the photos does not have to be professional, but must be clear. I'm sure nobody would want to receive blurry or unfocused pictures where they can't make out the subject. Photos should be processed by photo printing services like Walgreens, Target, or other stores with kiosks. It is okay if the photos are printed off the computer as long as they are on actual nice photo paper and not regular printing paper. Suggested photo size would be 4" x 6", but you are welcome to include a variety. In a separate piece of paper, introduce yourself and maybe explain to your partner what the pictures depict and what happened throughout that particular day. Be safe and have fun! Newbies allowed, and I will angel if necessary. Also, please be appreciative and remember to rate once you receive your swap!

I have Polaroids PoGo printer that prints out chekis-sized (like in the picture) photos(with a sticker-back) but the color quality is not 100% perfect (mostly the colors are maybe not that bright in every pic), would they still be okay for this swap?

@liveve308 If I were your recipient or partner, I would prefer regular camera photos. However, since I don't aim to have this swap be very strict, I would suggest checking with your partner if you join and once they are assigned! Or think of it this way: would you yourself be happy to receive those not-so-bright photos? (Plus, digital camera processed photos would be a whole lot cheapter!) But most of all, work with what you have and make what you have work. If you decide to use the Polaroid, just make sure you can make out what's in the pictures! (= Thank you for raising your concern! I hope I was able to answer your question.

YOu have apoint htere :) though I do personally like those kind of pictures (of course not crappy quality and dark ;)) but I can understand if people prefer clear photos. I'll check with y future partner and go with that :D Thanks!!

I think it's quite clearly stated in the description of this swap that you must print out the pictures on a photo paper or take them to a photo lab / kiosk. What part did you miss?
