Description:

This is a swap for those of us that love washi tape, letter writing, and making people smile when they get our envelope decorated with colorful washi tape.

You will have one partner and you will:

  • write them a letter
  • decorate the letter with washi tapes
  • decorate the mailing envelope with washi tapes
  • include at least 3 different washi tape samples [Edited: please give a minimum of 12 inches for each sample. I've given some examples on what to put your strips on in the comment section below.]

Washi Tape Samples - These are samples of 3 of your own tapes, sent for your partner to use.

Wrap them around a nonstick surface so your partner can peel them off easily. Examples of nonstick surfaces: a piece of thin cardboard, covered with wax paper; a piece of transparency or plastic sheet protector (office supplies); a coated/shiny surface piece of card stock; or I'm thinking a playing card would work nicely.
