I haven't hosted one of these in ages :) Its pretty simple, everyone must have loads of PC that are not from your country you now live in. Pick one and send it to your partner. Store bought only please, and in very good condition. Newbies welcome. Rating of 4.8 and higher, and I will be checking ratings. To be sent naked. If your partner wants it in an envelope that is up to you but it is not essential to this swap. Happy swapping.

It says unrated swappers allowed in the fact,but in the text it says 4.8 and higer. I am a unrated swapper. Can I join?

It's just the rated swappers that need to have that rating. You can join.
