Combining our love of sewing and getting mail.... Make a zippered pouch for your partner, and make it look like an envelope or parcel. Add postmarks, "stamps," labels, etc. You will need to start with a plain or lightly patterned fabric, then add details. Here are some tutorials for zippered pouches.
