Are you up for a fun challenge? I hope so! :)

You will send your partner a themed 12-inch strip of washi tape, one for each letter in the word S-P-R-I-N-G. In total, you will be sending 6 samples. Below are some examples.

  • S = stripes, stars…
  • P = paperclips, purple…
  • R = red, roses…
  • I = indigo, ice cream…
  • N = numbers, nature…
  • G = gold, grapes…

There are lots of theme possibilities. Feel free to “think outside the box, like:

  • S = whales spout, don’t they? :)
  • I = pens have ink don’t they? :)

Some letters will be obvious to you; others might need more thought – but that’s where the challenge comes in. I've found that a dictionary is a good resource.

Please include an explanation if it's not obvious what tape you chose for each letter, and for added fun, please decorate the front of your envelope with spring themed tape.

Have fun picking tapes for your partner.
