Alice in Wonderland themed Postcard Swap

I really wish this were sender's choice. It may be hard for some to find a store bought PC that fast. Nicely done handmade rock!

I love handmade and have received some beautiful one's in the past... I will allow handmade as long as your partner hasn't stated that they specifically do not want hand made cards on their profile... But i guess you will need a back up in case you got someone who has said that. Maybe in the next swap i will allow all...

I've never seen any Alice in Wonderland postcards in the UK so I can't join. Pity as making one would be so creative and fun.

Sorry not this time but next time maybe :) i usually get my Alice postcards and other special type of of postcards that are not touristy online.. ebay and the book depository are great...

Haven't found any Alice In Wonderland PC's here & I live close to Walt Disney World. Due to spring allergies haven't been able to get to tourist's traps that sell all kinds of Disney PC's. With my health problems, sorry don't have time to hand make an Alice PC.

So is hand made ok or not? I mean, if it is ok UNLESS your future partner explicitly says they don't like hand made ones, how will I know that before partners are assigned? I'd join this since I like making printed postcards but if I do get someone who abhors handmade cards, I'm pooped... I mean, wouldn't it be an automatic 3 since I couldn't send a storebought one?

Ok i guess i am out numbered... i didn't expect so many to want to hand make the cards... Since so many prefer to hand make it i will allow it.. i will change it in the swap description also that handmade is acceptable... is everyone happy with this?

But you already say "Any card will do store bought or hand made is fine" so doesn't that already allow any kind of a card? Maybe it's just me but your description in the first place is a little messy ^^" but yep, I'm happy to join!!

@paraxparaxnoi yes but i removed the bit where i said hand made is allowed only if your partner hasn't specified that they do not want handmade cards on their profile... it is now senders choice.. I have done many swaps and have always done the same thing with all of them in regards to handmade as i want everyone to be happy... so i was considering those who only like store bought postcard as there are some people who don't collect only those. Just as many have written in regards to handmade i have also received messages from people who don't want hand made.. so now it's easier if i just make it senders choice.. Not everyone has a stash of postcards that include Alice in Wonderland but many people do including myself.. hope this clarifies your confusion?

Hand made are so much more Arty and lovely.. plus if you live in the midwest where there's no Disney it's hard to participate in something like this

Well, this is annoying. I got an International partner and, after I purchased a collection of Alice PC's just for this swap, her profile instructs me to looks at her 85 card collection so as not to send duplicates. Problem is, she owns the entire collection that I purchased......sigh
