Let's Doodle an Envelope...No Artistical Ability Required!!

4.98 Rating Requirement

1 - 1 Partner

2 - 1 Doodled Envelope (no smaller than regular personal letter size) - Back and Front - (Can be one color or multi-color)

3 - Enclose Flat Surprise - No bent, torn, crumbled, rumbled, trumpled or bumpled items...New (or Like New) Only

4 - Sender's Choice

5 - Send Deadline is 21 July 2014. If you have an issue COMMUNICATION is the key (and usually the difference between receiving a "3" for lateness and receiving a "5" for communicating)

6 - At minimum Include a note with the name of this swap & your SB user name. A little message would be nice as well, but not required

7 - If you receive a swap that meets the requirements of this swap, you must rate a 5. Giving a Γ’β„’Β₯ is entirely up to you.

I vet my swaps during the sign up time & again just before assigning partners. If you see someone you are "iffy" about please feel free to let me know. (In fact I encourage you to let me know.)

You must have at least 5 Type 3 swaps OR 10 Type 2 swaps to join, however if you have a fairly good combination of both types that works as well. But I will remove anyone (even seasoned swappers) that I feel are questionable.

If (even after exhausting all effort to make this a flake free swap), a flaker slimes their way in, I promise I will angel, providing you rate a 1 as required per SB rules.

Remember rating by SB rules isn't being mean or rude...it is helping out the rest of the community.

This is open to all level of doodlers...Do your best, be neat, and have fun!

Please note that I will not lower the rating requirement on this swap. This is not to be rude or mean, but to provide assurance (as best I can) that this will be a fun/safe/no drama swap experience for all participants

Do you have a specific envie size in mind Miss Paige? Also, colored or white envies?

The envie should be no smaller than a regular "personal letter size" and can be any color your heart desires. : )

I thought about US only, but I love all the international folks. And the envie should not be over the cost of a US Global Stamp ($1.15). But I do totally understand. Postal costs have sky rocketed lately...I hardly do any package type swaps any longer.

I meant rubber / clear / acrylic stamps are allowed as part of the doodle on the envelope. : )

JUST to be Sure that i understand so them envelope is send insiste other or will be sent with an stamp and note inside to the partner? Written return address and destination in it or it's for our partner to use? Thanks so much!

You decorate with doodles the OUTSIDE of an envie. Inside you put a flat surprise. It can be stickers, note card, postcard that your partner can use in the future). Be sure to enclose a message inside with your swapbot user name and name of this swap.

I think the confusion stems off the fact that some swaps call for you to make decorated envelopes and then send them inside another mailer for your partner to use.
If I'm not mistaken, the envelope for this swap should look something like this?

But please remember for this swap you don't have to be an artist...so please don't be intimidated by the link above. The image in the swap itself is perfectly acceptable as well. Absolutely NO STRESS! : )

No...I did not expect more than maybe 20 swappers. O_o

I am going through all the swappers again. Anyone with late swaps on their dash or questionable (for whatever reason) will be removed.

As long as you can legally mail it, it should be fine. Also you want to make sure it is large enough so you wont bend whatever falt surprise you are enclosing. : )
