I need a password?? I thought this was a group swap?

When I tried to join I was required to give a pass word. This is obviously not true for everyone because some have already joined.

This is my frist time hosting ANY swap. So I thought that if I limited the swap I would be able to manage it better. Everyone that has joined had to use the password.
