Poultry Day is March 19 "For the lovers of chicken, turkey and eggs: Here is your day to celebrate their existence in your diet. March 19th is officially recognized as the national Poultry Day in the United States. Poultry refers to domestic fowl that are normally raised for meat and eggs such as chicken, turkey, ducks and geese to name a few." Send 1 partner one mail art envelope with a chicken theme. Enclose something (a postcard, a note card, some stickers, a profile-based surprise--nothing too fancy, about $1 value). Tuck-in does not have to be bird related. Note name of the swap: Cluckers! BLoG #11 and your SB name for your partner. This is an international swap. Most current Bird Lovers live in the USA. A handful live overseas. It will only cost $1.15 postage to send them happy mail. TUCK-IN suggestions: In comments below name 2 things you'd like to receive (for example: stickers, air mail labels, postcard, scrapbook paper pieces, 2 feet washi tape, etc.) These suggestions are intended as a guide for your partner. But be aware your partner may not have your the things you list. |
