My Etsy Favorites

I love to do many kinds of paper art, scrapbooking and journaling. Jesus loves me & I am eternally grateful. I love being a wife, mom, Disneyland tour guide and former teacher.

Passions for Handel's Messiah, country music, zydeco, CS Lewis, e e cummings, Max Lucado, Gaudi, French Impressionist painters, The West Wing, Amazing Race, NYC, Broadway, France, Yosemite, Santa Barbara, art museums & history, the Tour de France, Siamese cats. My favorite travels have been to France, New Zealand, Switzerland, Barcelona, London and the Cotswolds, Yosemite, Kauai and a Disney cruise anywhere!

I collect old and new Golden Books and pop up books for kids and adults, Disney and Disneyland items (the older the better!) Nativities and vintage 1930's, 40's & 50's Christmas ornaments & cards. (Maybe I'm stuck in the past!)

My happy place is the beach/ocean. Sitting in solitude on my verandah on a Disney cruise ship, enjoying the sea, clouds and sunshine is perfect!

One of my favorite things about my job is that I get to assist many precious families visiting Disneyland through the Make a Wish Foundation!

Comment: Again, SO SPOILED with this swap! This North Shore Animal League vintage card is a treasure. That little girl might actually be cuter than the dog. Thanks for two really cool swaps! :):):)
Response: So glad you enjoyed this swap and the Mix it Up! Yes, that sweet little girl is as quintessential 50's as you can get! I do wish I could get out and actually go to some interesting places to collect more business cards and actually shop! Some day!!!

Comment: SHIRLEYYYYYY!!!!! I am feeling quite loved and spoiled right now. What an amazing package. I love how you decorated the envie and you gave me so much cool stuff! I love all these stickers. Book Club cafe, so cool! And my son will love this Peta one. I didn't know about the Amazon treasure truck! And this coaster is cool. I appreciate your thoughtfulness about the beer coaster. I love beer, but I just spent several days with several alcoholics and it was a bit much. I'm glad I'm not the only one that collects cool business cards. I hope we do more of these swaps! It's so fun! :):):) THANKS! :):)
Comment: Thank you, I can't wait to open it in december! <3

Thank you so much for the comment. The tiny home? Ha, will either be the dog house, LOL, my husbands dwelling or my craft room. I shant not be living in one myself. Pffft. LOL Yosemite actually has their own Chapel for weddings! It certainly does fill your National Park theme, huh? Although I do live nearby it was my only one. You'd think I'd have more. If you have any b/c that uses original art/illustration hit me up again. :))))
