Rise With The Fire

Most ritualists struggle with Elemental Fire as they invoke for the circle. Its important to see how Fire works in all seasons of the year, and to remember that there is no room in true ritual settings for wimps or whiners.

Fire is an element one needs to know so they do not limit its power. It takes a great deal of daring to stand as Priestess or Guardian for this element. We begin by setting up that part of our altars. Its more than setting out a candle to light.

Consider what has fire or heat in spices; what colors evoke this burning energy; what beings (animals, humans, angels, fairies, stones, plants) send out bravery, courage, will and passion; what tools work for Fire (some believe the wand, some say wood is consumed in the flame and prefer the athame).
