Recipe swap

Just adding that I don't have any allergies and love soup recipes (especially creamy ones). Also, we all have sweet teeth over here, so love the dessert recipes!

Hi, everyone! I wanted to add that I also love soup recipes (although anything with ham will not be high on my list :D ) and love love love to bake.

I'm the baker and special events cook in the house,(DH does most of the everyday cooking - calls it his therapy). With the holidays coming I'd love some new Christmas cookie recipes or pitch-in dishes.

I like everyday home cooking recipes..Nothing that takes "special can't find" ingredients. Love desserts and soups and spicey foods.

I am definitely a newbie here - technology doesn't like me - however, I want to learn how to do this. Can you give me some tips? I also LOVE to cook so would be interested in sharing in this.

Hey I just joined the site today and I thought this swap looked right up my alley. :) I love cooking! Assuming I get to stay in the swap (since I'm so new), I'd like to request to any future partner that I not get any baking recipes or other things heavy on the sugar and/or starch.

Hey I just had a thought. Is the swap for ALL recipes, or just for soups, casseroles, and desserts? When I was rereading it I realized I didn't know if it was exclusive to those three items or if those three are just examples.

I am so excited about this swap! I love to cook! To relax in the evening, I usually grab one of my cookbooks and look for something new to try. Over the years I have collected all of my favorites and made a cookbook. My family loves chicken, pork, casseroles, and of course sweets. Our favorite kind of food is mexican and southern but we are up to try anything for a change.

We don't do many sweets around here; we do a lot of outdoor grilling. As usual in a home with small children, I prefer recipes that don't require a lot of dishes to wash in the end ;) Lately I've been really interested in meatloaf! There are as many meatloaf recipes out there as there are people - I only wish I could collect them all! lol
