Description:

I saw this swap in the USA Paper Crafts group and thought it would be fun for newbies.

This swap is for any lovers of adult coloring pages!
This will be a two step swap.

  • Step #1: Color a page from a coloring book (or printed free/purchased on etsy etc) and make it into an envelope. You can use an existing envelope as a template, or use an envelope-making board.

  • Step #2: Make a separate (and slightly smaller) envelope from a BLANK coloring page. This will be for your partner to color and send on to whomever. This envelope needs to fit inside the first, colored envelope. If you wish, you can leave this 2nd envelope unglued, to make it easier for your partner to unfold it for coloring.

Then send it off ON TIME and let someone smile when they open their mailbox and see a piece of colorful happy-mail waiting for them.

The pages will be sender's choice and you will have only 1 swap partner.

Don't forget to include a note with your user name and the title of the swap. And please rate your partner promptly!

Wondering what is the best to use for coloring in these pages? Color pencils, markers, etc. pencils are not as vivid in color as I would like. I have tried markers, I love the intense color but they always seep to the other side. What does everyone else use?

I use Prismacolor pencils.
