This is going to be a 2 part swap. The second part will come in a separate swap after this swap is completed.

Part 1 - The Kit

Take to your stash and “shop” for the following items:

-- 1 quote - typed, nicely handwritten or cut out
-- 2 sticky things - washi tape samples, craft stickers, rub-ons
-- 3 authentic ephemeral items
-- 4 different patterned papers - 4”x4” minimum
-- 5 collage images from books/magazines
-- 1 wildcard item - textural element, die cut, stencil, fiber

That's 16 items total. If you'd like to send more/multiples, feel free. The catch is that all the items need to be unified by a theme - color, holiday, subject matter, etc. Theme is sender's choice. When gathering your items, keep in mind a finished project that is about 3"-6" in size.

The items that you send your partner will then be used in Part 2 to make a craft for their partner.

Some Clarification/Tips (added 7/8/16)

• Thematically, the items in your kit do not need to be matchy-matchy. For example, if you want to put together a DOG themed kit, your patterned papers do not have to have dogs on them or literally say "DOG," they should just coordinate nicely overall with the theme and each other.

• Likewise, your wildcard item doesn't need to be an EXACT representation of the theme, especially if what you choose to send as a wildcard item is more of a tool, such as a stencil.
