Description: | |
I recently found this cute rubber-stamp of a girl at a thrift store. I stamped her and as I was coloring her scarf and flower, I thought it might be fun to "dress her up" a bit with a flowery print dress. So that's what I did - out of decorative paper. How I did it was I first stamped the image on plain paper and then again on a decorative piece of sheet. I cut out the "dress" portion of the decorative paper image and glued it over the plain paper image. Voila, the girl now has a pretty dress. What fun, eh? If you decide this sounds fun too, look through your stamp collection and choose an image that has something you can "dress up" with pretty paper. It doesn't have to be a person, it can any object. Proceed to make a card for your partner and write a note inside it - to make them smile. Please write more than "hello, here is the swap." Please also add a few stamped images to the outside of your mailing envelope. Have fun! :) |
