This swap is related to Buffy The Vampire Slayer!

Your Partner will request one of the ladies from Buffy The Vampire Slayer Dawn, Tara, Willow, Anya, Faith, Buffy, Drusilla, Harmony etc... (If you want to pick one of the other ladies like Cordie or one of the boys leave a comment!!!)

Then take a tote-sized bag and fill it with stuff that you think that lady would have in her bag. Must include! * An appropriate lip supply (chapstick, burtsbees, lipgloss etc) * A book/magazine or handmade composition book that the lady would carry around * A wearable object like a scarf, necklace, headband etc * Something OBVIOUSLY related to that character. * A letter about your experience watching Buffy and detailing which lady and at what point during the 7 seasons

For example!

  • If I were Willow I might have some burtsbees or other organic lipbalm, a spell book, a grocery list including food for Amy/ Mr. Kittyfantastico and a funky scarf.
  • If I were Buffy I'd probably have a lipgloss, a cosmo, a couple of stakes or a cross. Maybe a love letter to/from Angel, and a headband or hair clips. > > You know your favorite lady! Make it special and really pay attention to details. Buffy is FULL of details.

Requirements! 4.8+, no-nosends, rated in atleast 5 mail swaps, and I will ban before assigning partners! I'm a dedicated Buffy fan and will angel anyone that gets flaked on. There's a huge gap between the last day to sign up and the deadline so I expect awesome-ness!

OK, I am SUPER excited for this. I am a huge fan of the series. I would like to request for my partner to send me a Tara bag or a Willow bag. Pretty please? With sugar on top? Also I would be more than happy to take a request for whom ever my partner prefers, character wise that is. This is sure to be a great swap! diana

Oh! I didn't even think about myself....Mm. Anya's I think. Probably when she was actually a vengeance demon but, after the break up with Xander.
Sorry, I'm REALLY into Buffy...ha.

This is the cutest idea for a swap! My favorite character is Willow, but I think a Faith, Anya, Tara, Kennedy, etc bag would be fun. If my partner is playing their favorite person and putting together the bag on that, can I please request that you don't send me Buffy or Dawn? I LOVE Buffy the Vampire Slayer (my book shelves attest to that!) I just don't really care for the Summer sisters ;)

Thanks so much for the invite, but Buffy isn't much my thing anymore - I don't even remember anything from Buffy, I watched it when I was young... never really understood it. But I know all the male characters like Spike or Angel... Thats it though. Thanks so much though.

this is an awesome swap! i'd really like one of the brit boys: either spike or giles please. anything you can think of that they might have in their man bags would be excellent, especially if they can be incorporated into next years halloween costume =;-) thanks!

Ooh, what kind of lip supply would spike or giles have? Hmm...any ideas? That one can be tweaked! Instead of a lip supply, maybe a manly supply? Giles cleaned his glasses alot and spike wore TONS of hair gel. Spike is pretty easy...Giles on the other hand I can't think of much. Anyone?

Oh good lord this is such an exciting swap. I would love to receive a Buffy, Willow, Tara, Spike, or Fred bag...but seriously, anything Buffy-related will make me jump up and down next to my mailbox. Yay!!

Tote-sized bags are usually large enough to fit a notebook in. Usually, they just have two handles and that's about it. Mostly, they're made of canvas or some other durable fabric. You can find them blank at hobby lobby for about $8 and decorate them yourself. Of course, if you're not that crafty, then you can buy one pretty much any place that sells purses. I bought a pretty neat one at the Dollar Store...it had a good color scheme and hearts. Awesome find for such a usually cheap place.

As for whose bag I'd like to receive, well, Faith, Tara and Willow are my favourite characters and I have a soft spot for Anya too, so one for any of those characters would be awesome.
