12 Heathy Habits I have found that goals are usually unrealistic and are just as hard to achieve. I have heard that it only takes 21 days of repetition to form a habit. That if you repeat the same action, deliberately for 21 days it will become part of who you are. I have decided that this year I am going to Start the year with 12 healthy habits I want to achieve and diligently work each one for 21 days. Hopefully be this time next year I will have made some improvements. As I start this I found it hard to come up with concise actions I wanted to accomplish. I thought I would open this up to all my Swap-bot friends. Here are my first 4: -I will wake up with my first alarm each week day morning. -I will walk outside for ten minutes straight each week day. -I will eat breakfast each day, before 10:00 -I will plan my dinner meal the night before, before I go to bad. Habits are a simple action that is straight forward and very concise. Here is the swap when you sign up you sit down and list at least 5 habits you would like to incorporate into your daily life. When it comes time to swap locate your partners and send them a message listing: THE SWAP NAME YOUR SWAP BOT NAME YOUR 5 NEW HABITUS AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN A SWAP BOT/ EMAIL TYPE SUPPORT GROUP THIS YEAR TO HELP YOU CREATE THE NEW YOU.
