Step 1: Take any postcard or holiday (such as Christmas) card and decorate it to make it a Halloween postcard. Step 2: Write your favorite Halloween/scary movie, swap name (Alt/up'ed PC-H-NBC-INTL) and your username on it. Step 3: Address it. Step 4: Stick a stamp on it. Step 5: Mail it out, mark as sent.
