This swap is for a Halloween Artist Trading Card.
An ATC is 3.5 by 2.5 inches, with a sturdy back (think bristol board or cereal box weight).

I'm going to make this USA only, simply because of the time it takes to mail International. We want to have our spooky ATCs before Halloween so we can add them to our decorations.
