Winter Holiday 7-Q&As (electronic)

This is another chance if you are looking for a way to participate before the end of the year, and haven't got the money to ship something nor the time to make something. TWO PARTNERS

Mercury goes Retrograde in Gemini on December 2 and Direct again December 22. (happens every year). This effects our communications, both spiritually and in the mundane world. It is easy to see that this accounts for conflict at family meals and gatherings. Every year. As spiritual beings, we rise above the influence of the stars by knowing ourselves, our hearts and minds.

Send your partners the answers to these questions electronically... either on the email address given or through the PM part of Swap bot. (I included more than one question per number to give you more ideas on fleshing your answer out) Try to answer with a few sentences (3 make a paragraph) and allow yourself to be authentic.

1. Which of the Winter Holidays do you celebrate; How long have you been celebrating them?

2. Does your family of origin celebrate with you? Your significant other? or family of choice? a coven or consecrated circle?

3. How do you celebrate it? With a ritual? Opening Gifts? Sharing a meal?

4. Is any of your time spent outside? If so, what do you do?

5. What foods or beverages do you enjoy as a tradition for this holiday?

6. Do you set out decorations and if so, what are your favorites to see each year?

7. What do you avoid doing, hearing or seeing during this season?

You can start thinking about these and setting yourself a page to answer as soon as you sign up. That way, you might even add information to your answers. Again, be authentic. If something feels empty about the season, say so in #7. Venting is perfectly okay here. Partners are cautioned not to comment nor judge. We serve as witnesses for each other in a safe space.
