February Spell Kit for Self-Love

One suggestion a member made is for us to create spell kits. This will be a 12-month series in 2018. Join any month you feel drawn to. When you sign up, be sure your profile states allergies, likes and dislikes to make the swap pleasing for you enjoy and for your partner to assemble.

February's theme is Self-Love. Sometimes it is easier to demonstrate love for others, and so this month, we experience the challenge of being the object of our love for ourself. Sender's choice, however, it should contain at least five (5) items from the list below:

1. Suggestions, affirmations, or guides for self-nurturing, healthy living, self-care, self-love

2. FIVE candles your partner can set on the altar (suggesting Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit). Can be tea-lights in foil or plastic containers.

3. Shell(s) representing the element of Water

4. Stone(s) or Crystal(s) representing the element of Earth

5. A Fan, either store-bought or hand-made representing the element of Air

6. Body oils, lotions, or soaps (be sure to check your partner's profile for allergies representing the spirit within

7. Prayer Flag

8. House Socks or similar personal item that represents self-loving

9. Recipe on 5x7 one-sided cardstock for a lovely treat. Your partner can glue this in her BOS or journal

10. Chocolate (hopefully, your partner lists preferences)

11. Talisman, charm, doll, or pillow (etc.) that reminds your partner she is wonderful!

12. Tarot reading with card images (this would be typed and printed)

13. Sender's Choice. Sender's use their imagination for these suggestions!
