WIYM: Recipes for the new year

This is the first in a series of monthly recipe swaps, each with a theme. Send two recipes that follow the theme. Presentation can be anything, recipe card, printed off your computer or whatever works for you. They do need to be recipes you have tried and enjoyed. Recipes are senders choice but it is great if you look at your partners profile to check for allergies or serious dislikes.

Theme for January is slow cooker. Send recipes that you fix in your slow cooker.
