Description:
Use some tissue paper as a layer in your handmade postcard. (Edit:Tissue paper is great for layering, but there is not requirement of a 100% layer of tissue, as long as some tissue is layered in.) The base can be anything - collage,, paint, an ad postcard, recycling cereal box, ... I like the softness that it provides but there are many effects possible. Enjoy creating. Two partners, one postcard for each. Some examples, and a tute. Happy creating!
