Steampunk Deco - International

Greetings!

For this swap, you will create 2 decos in the theme of Steampunk. You can make it for yourself or someone else. You'll have 2 partner to send to. :) 1 deco to each partner.

Please take time in creating your deco, please no sticker slapping :) Shoot for the hearts!

If you receive your decos, please rate a 5. The heart is up to you. If you don't get your deco within 3 weeks of the close date (it's International so that can take time, and the US is still experiencing some nasty weather) please contact your partner for resolution. If you aren't able to, please rate a 1, let me know so I can let Admin know and I will Angel the swap.
