For this swap, you will have 3 partners to make ATC's for. Each ATC must have at least 1 foreign postage stamp incorporated into your image. You may use any media, but NO Stickers. Your design should complement the image on the postage stamp. Have fun and make something lovely for each partner. Please send and rate on time. No flakers. I reserve the right to ban anyone who I deem a risk to the integrity of this swap. I will angel if necessary.
