Please read through all instructions, so you won't miss any details. :)

Using small "snippets" of your different tapes, you are to totally cover the front side of 1 plain envelope. Covering the back side is optional. This will become the mailing envelope for this swap. You may use any size envelope to start with; the bigger the envelope, the more tapes you'll be able to show off. ;)

Any kind or brand of tape may be used, with one exception: NO duct tape.

Inside the envelope, please include a little note with your swap-bot ID, along with 4-5 samples of washi tapes for your partner to play with. Please give about 20 inches per tape sample and wrap it on a shiny surface that will allow it to peel off easily. Playing cards work well. If you use a "Made in China" card, please wrap it with clear packing tape first (no Dollar store, duct, or shiny plastic tapes). (Tip: Look at your local thrift stores to find USA made playing cards.)

Note: I found that some of my tape snippets wanted to peel up, so I ended up putting some clear tape down over them to keep them in place.

Have fun showing off your tapes. We all have lots of tapes of our own, and most likely, tons of samples we've received in our all swapping! :)
